This Challenge help me alot in keeping focus and motivating myself and finding new food that benifit my body and aldo the different exercises i can do besides running . The hardest part was not having sugar or beer lol. I learned also that im not in competition with nobody just with my self.
I keep my same size on clothes but I look sharper and feel better
I was 190 now im 185 not bad but I feel stonger and leaner
I’m going to keep up to have the body of my life lol
I want to look younger and be healthy for my 4 kids and wife . And keep this lifestyle for me and my family.
