Sean is an 18 year active duty US Army Infantryman. This gives him a unique experience in coaching. From having had the opportunity to coach well over a thousand soldiers both in the US Army and several foreign armies. The most important part of coaching is understanding that he must inspire people, but every person responds differently. This makes Sean’s approach different for every person. Having several years experience in coaching fitness to the general public and holding a National Academy of Sports Medicine personal training certification, Performance Enhancement Specialist, MMA Conditioning specialist, Sports Nutrition coaching certification, all while being United States Army Master Trainer makes Sean hold a vast knowledge on how to help people change.
