Lateef has been a personal trainer and nutrition coach for several years. Formerly a professional basketball player overseas, Lateef knows the human body well and how to get it to perform. Since becoming certified he has received certifications in Bodyweight Training, Kettlebell Training, and Functional Range Conditioning. As well as, becoming certified as a Nutrition Coach in December 2021. Other recognition includes a Bachelor's Degree in Community Health from Portland State University, and an Associate Degree in Kinesiology.
